Printing Arts considers relationships with our clients as a “Journey”. The starting and ending points are known, but it’s what happens in between that makes the difference. Printing Arts becomes an extension of your company. We strive to assimilate your business culture as our own. We want you to feel that you are dealing with a company that understands your business and will deliver beyond your expectations.

File Transfer

Printing Arts has multiple options for sending and receiving files.  We provide different methods for file transfer so that you can find one that matches both your technical requirements and your security requirements.  If you are unsure of which protocol to use, or you do not have access, please contact your CSR.

FTP (File Transfer Protocol)

Regular FTP is our most commonly used protocol for file transfers, but provides the lowest level of security.  FTP can be accessed through many different clients, including a browser, Windows Explorer, Fetch, and many other FTP clients.  We recommend using Filezilla.

Please contact your CSR for login credentials to the FTP.  The credentials provided below can be used until you are provided your unique login.

SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol)

SFTP is an updated version of the regular FTP protocol, but provides much better security.  SFTP creates a secure encrypted tunnel between our servers and your computer, insuring that your files are safe.  SFTP can be accessed only through special FTP clients, like Filezilla.

Please contact your CSR for login credentials to the SFTP.

Web Based File Transfers

We also provide a web-based file transfer system.  This system has an easy-to-use interface, and allows varying levels of security.  By default, all file transfers go through an SSL-encrypted connection.  The web-based system can be accessed through any modern web browser, but we suggest Google Chrome.

Please contact your CSR for login credentials to the web-based file transfer system.
